Privacy Policy

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or trackers, so there is nothing to consent to and no banner to click. The only information we ever have about you is what you type into a form and send us yourself. This page describes exactly what happens to it.

1. What we collect

When you send a form on this site, we receive what the form shows: your name, business name, email or phone, the plan you picked, and, if you use the Schematic tool and choose to email yourself the result, the answers you entered and the generated output. That is the complete list. Visiting the site collects nothing.

2. What we use it for

To reply to you, set up your trial, and send you the schematic you asked for. Nothing else. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

3. What we share

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the site and deliver what you asked for: our hosting provider (Vercel), our email delivery provider, and our payment processor (Stripe) once payments launch. Each processes your information only to provide its service to us. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use no cookies, no analytics, and no third party trackers. We do not track visitors across websites, so there is no tracking behavior to alter in response to Do Not Track signals.

5. How long we keep it

Lead information is kept while we are talking to you or serving you, and deleted on request or after 12 months of inactivity. Records the law requires us to keep (such as billing and consent records) are kept as long as required.

6. Your choices

Email help@enterpriseupgrade.com to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. We answer every request.

7. Your customers' data

When our platform sends messages or manages contacts on behalf of a client business, that business is responsible for that data, and we process it only on the business's behalf under the data processing terms in our Terms of Service. We never use client customer data for our own marketing and never sell it.

8. Security and breach notice

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. If we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you without unreasonable delay, as state breach notification laws require.

9. Children

The Services are for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

10. Changes

If this policy materially changes, we will update the effective date above and note the change prominently on this page. Because every sentence here is a promise, adding any tracking in the future would require changing this page the same day, and we would say so plainly.
