The 14 day free trial

The free trial is available on the Blueprint and Deploy plans. Command is full service and starts with a consultation instead of a trial. You start a trial by subscribing online: Stripe collects your payment method at checkout, and before you confirm you see the exact monthly price and the date of the first charge. Nothing is charged during the 14 free days, and cancelling before day 14, online, in one step, means you are never charged at all. If you keep the plan, billing starts on day 14 at the price you saw at checkout.

Your card is on file so day 15 is seamless, but the first two weeks cost nothing and the cancel button works the whole time.

When you subscribe

Before your first charge you will see, in one place: the exact monthly price of your plan, the date of the first charge, that the plan renews monthly until cancelled, and how to cancel. We send the same terms to your email right after you subscribe, and a reminder with the amount, date, and a direct cancel link before the first charge.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime, online, in the same place you manage your account, in one step. No phone call required, no chat queue, no retention gauntlet. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, you keep access until then, and we confirm your cancellation in writing within 7 days.

Refunds

Fees are non-refundable and there are no partial month credits, except where the law requires otherwise or where we got something materially wrong, in which case tell us and we will make it right.

Price changes

If a price changes, you get at least 30 days' written notice and the change applies at your next renewal, so you can always cancel before paying a new price.

Data after cancellation

After your subscription ends you have 30 days to export your data, per the Terms of Service.
